Patience is not a single virtue. It also includes self-control, self-realization, smile, hopefulness.
Self-control enables us to control our reactions to the situation and endure it without complaint, even on the worst day in office.
Self-realization means you accept that you could be wrong or others could be better than you when you experience that someone is gaining more praise at work other than you.

Look at your schedule from waking up in the morning to the time you go to bed at night. Take out a few things that you do that aren’t important but drains your time. Then you should start saying no to those things that cause stress and make yourself impatient. It will take lots of practice to recognize those work that you can skip.

Meet and greet the people at your workplace. Follow this rule even for those whom you don’t like at all. Try to be helpful and kind, without harming your work. This will improve their behavior towards you. When there are fewer people to oppose you and prevent you from growing good at work, there will be fewer reasons for getting impatient.

This is a powerful and crucial exercise. It will increase your patience skills. You will learn to react better in upcoming problematic situations, gradually.

Eating light and our choice of a meal before going to work will make you feel happy and more energetic. It increases our activity. This will save you a lot of impatience during your whole day.
A healthy and fit body improves our mood and lower stress levels. It helps us to concentrate better at work. Give us more energy to remain a step ahead than our competitors. This enables you to maintain patience. That’s why being healthy and fit must be our primary priority. Make time for regular health checkups, follow a proper diet, gym, or jog for at least 30-60 minutes per day should be in our daily routine. Keep your personal and professional lives separate. It will be easy for you to handle. If you mix up all the tensions, then it will break you into pieces. That is not right both for your personal and professional lives. Don’t attend personal affairs when you have tons of work. If you are going for an interview, do not bring home-tensions there.
Not having adequate sleep at night affects your patience during the day. Six to eight hours of a sound sleep at night are very important for your physical and mental health. When you give your body and soul enough time to recharge, your patience level at work automatically increases.
