“Never speak out of anger, never act out of fear, never choose from impatience, but wait... and peace will appear.”
~ Guy Finley
How do you win your day and your life? The answer is simple. Don't speak when you are angry. Don't direct your outcomes in life based on fear. Don't act out of impatience. Wait before you speak. Wait before you decide. When you are angry, don't even wait. Just shut yourself down. Take decisions later. It's winning.
If faced with a difficult the situation in a place, or in your life, do three things. Give a pause. Compose yourself. Wait till you feel a sense of peace and calm in your mind and heart. Finally, do what has to be done. The results will have clarity, and the process will be productive.
Same way, do not allow fear taking you over. Acting out of fear leads to bad outcomes. The entire process becomes unproductive. If you let fear get in your way of life, what you built so far can easily come down.
What happens with impatience? Nothing productive has ever come when you choose from impatience. Tolerance and patience are basic virtues that everyone in life needs. Somehow we forget it on the way and make people's life difficult with our act of impatience.
Don't act out of anger, impatience, or fear. Pause. Bring peace. Finally, act.
Take the variables of money, status, power, success, etc. out of life's equation. What's left is the true winning, i.e., What makes you wonder on the inside is the true victory you need in life.
“Develop an interest in life as you see it; the people, things, literature, music-the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls and interesting people. Forget yourself.”
— Henry Miller
Life is more than ‘You.’ Life is not always about ‘You.’ It’s bigger and beautiful. You can see for yourself when you step out of the world of yours.
Develop an interest besides your life and its commitments.
Adventures and travels, peoples, and places have always been an exciting part of life on earth. Strangers could turn out to be the most interesting people you have met so far. Visiting some places and reading some books could turn out to be a game-changer in your life. A random person could teach you a life lesson that could impact till the end.
Get out and experience life’s beautiful things than your everyday routines.
When you step outside the circle of your life, you can experience truly beautiful things and wonderful souls in life. Once in a while, step out. Look at the world as it is. Embrace life.
Despite the good and bad, life is still happening around us. The life is filled with some wonderful souls who keep the earth up and running.
We all get caught up in life with our commitments and to-do lists. What we forget and don’t see is that there’s a beautiful part of life on earth that is running quietly.
Explore life outside your circle.
Life is filled with extraordinary souls, magnificent places, wonderful books and beautiful things.

“In helping others, we shall help ourselves, for whatever good we give out completes the circle and comes back to us.” - Flora Edwards
Whatever we give in this world, it comes back. It comes back tenfold. Just do a random act of kindness. Even a little is fine. It will come back to you in many folds at some point in life. Have you wondered how sometimes you get help from the least expected source? Even a stranger would be of help when you need desperate help.
By helping others, you are helping yourself. You are helping yourself in becoming a better person. By helping and giving others, you give your soul the happiness it wants. When you least expect, the good deeds you did will wait at your doorstep to pay you back. It’s another way of helping yourself too, right?
Don’t extend your help on purpose or expect a return. Life blooms when you do positive things to people for no-benefits in return.
It’s okay to help others within your limits. You don’t have to go so far. There’s nothing to prove or nothing to compare when it comes to helping people. Do what you can. Even little help is help. A little money is a Money. A small act of kindness is Kindness.
The goodness that you give comes back to you. This is a true-life circle and an unwritten law of the universe.
Let’s be ‘Giving’ with what we can.
Life on earth is surviving and sustaining with the help of people who ‘Give’ and take nothing or expect nothing in return.
Sometimes when I'm not feeling so happy, I do something to make someone else happy, then I find I'm suddenly feeling happy again.
– Karen Salmansohn
How to get through the day? Try to stay positive and happy! If you couldn’t, then do something for someone. You can see happiness coming inside.
Next time when you feel unhappy and demotivated, do a little task. Do some good for someone to make them happy. Try things like sending a thank-you note. Make a phone call. Send positive texts. Buy food to those who are in need. Help your colleague. Tend to the plants in your vicinity. Just whatever little positive gestures you could think of, do it. You don’t have to worry about not being happy. Just do it and you have already reached happiness.
The best way to lift your mood and bring happiness is by ‘giving’.
Make someone happy with what you could do. A smile is enough. Be the reason for someone’s happiness today.
Sometimes we don’t know what to do and we feel unhappy. We expect external things in resolving our unhappiness.
Let’s turn this thing around. Next time, if you are feeling unhappy, don’t wait for external factors to make you happy. Find someone who could use some help. Help them and see happiness in them. Happiness comes to you instantly.
Little positive gestures in life can turn a yearlong unhappiness into an instant burst of joy.
People are looking for positivity. Let’s contribute to it as much as we can.
The act of ‘Giving’ and showing Kindness is the best thing you could do to someone unhappy.
Give. Happiness comes ten folds.
