It’s amazing when we work for ourselves. Growth becomes a part of you. Talents grow into excellent skills. Confidence and self-trust grows.

Instead, if you work for credits, you can’t go for long. Especially, if the credit goes to someone else, your motivation fades quickly. Similarly, if we keep looking for appreciations, we get upset easily.

The next thing that hinders our professional life is people taking credits. It’s the bad trait that destroys work ethics and morals.
