1. Boredom:

Boredom is a chief obstacle causing procrastination. If you feel bored, you will do anything besides what needs to be done now. Take a break. To overcome boredom, add variety, add more fun elements, and switch between tasks. The brain becomes like a little kid who jumps every time they see the variety and something new.

2. Stop Multitasking:

Plan and prioritize your tasks. Regulate your decision-making abilities. We can avoid procrastination.

3. Disinterest:

There is a difference between 'I am not interested' and 'I Procrastinate'. If you are not interested in doing Task A, you may prefer doing task B. there is nothing much to lose. But, when you postpone Task A, it adds more stress because you are adding another unfinished task in the list. Know the difference.

4. Overcome Anxiety:

Fear of judgments, frustration, lack of progress, lengthy projects, no self-confidence, overthinking, fear of reaching out for help, and support are all major anxiety issues related to starting and completing a task. It affects your motivation. It leads to procrastination.

There is no point in being afraid of results without even starting.

No proper sleep, unhealthy food choices, crash diets are examples of unproductive habits resulting in low energy levels. They are obstacles making you procrastinate.
