Life is a bumpy road where we often experience a plethora of emotions. Staying positive when everything is going your way is a cakewalk. The actual challenge is to have the same attitude when situations take a turn and you find yourself battling the hardships of life.
It is very effortless to say –“be positive,” but it takes a lot to do the same in adversities.
IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
It is rightly quoted that “You are a product of your thoughts.” What you think subconsciously is what you eventually manifest in your life. This is popularly known as the “Law of Attraction.”
HERE ARE 3 QUALITIES THAT YOU CAN INCULCATE TO ACHIEVE A POSITIVE MINDSET
· Gratitude – Notice all the things that you can be grateful for. Acknowledge all the good that your friends and family have done for you. Practicing gratitude can help you stay humble and feel more alive.
· Optimism - You might have had people telling you to always think on the bright side or to see the half full rather than half empty in a glass. This is what being an optimist means; to believe that your goals are achievable; to believe there is always a solution no matter how hard the situation is.
· Acceptance - With all the good, some bad is bound to happen, but having faith in yourself even when things do not end up the way you want them to will help you introspect where you went wrong, which will help you grow.
These are the qualities that a positive person possesses. Now is the right time to make them “your“ qualities.

Personality refers to the combination of qualities, attitude, and behavior, that makes a person distinct from others. Character refers to a set of moral and mental qualities and beliefs, that makes a person different from others.

Confidence is a feeling of trust in self or others. When you are clear-headed and have that element of esteem in yourself, it means you have self-confidence. Self-confidence is your trust in your own ability to do any task by viewing yourself.
Practice self-love to believe in yourself. You love yourself and consider to be a valuable and commendable person. You have a positive opinion and judgment in your own self. Compliment yourself. Congratulate and applaud for your merits. Console if need be. But respect yourself and love more day after day
Positive thinking is an emotional and mental attitude that focuses on the good and expects results that will benefit you. It’s about anticipating happiness, health, and success – essentially, training yourself to adopt an abundance mindset and cultivate gratitude for your own successes and those of others.
The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality.
