    Our thoughts, positive or negative, have a great impact on our life. Not only psychologically but also physically on our health.

    Especially positive thoughts show beautiful effects on our body, which are less stress and being optimistic. But there are some people who consistently think about some negative points of view. But believe me, do not worry about it, it will pass with some good steps that I will tell you today.

    If you want to feel happy, then it is important to feel it within you. No one will come to you, and it is you who decides the position yourself in society's parameters.

    It is necessary to understand the importance of or say, the power of positivity. We like to sit in our own sadness, and we like to stay in our own problems. Then who is responsible for your sadness?

    Give some time to yourself, like around ten or twenty minutes a day, and start to recall everything you have for which you should be grateful to God.

    After being grateful, you automatically become happy. The basic reason behind this, according to me, is the positive thoughts, positive mindset, and positive mental attitude.

    It is very necessary to be aware of our mind. Make sure that no negative thoughts arise in your head.

    For, e.g., if you feel that it is too hot in Rajasthan, think about the Sahara Desert that might have an extremely hot climate where many living organisms live. Be grateful that you are in a much better environment.

    This actually helps us to get rid of those bad thoughts.

    This can be gained by helping others in the form as follow:
    1. Donate blood.
    2. Donate clothes, food, etc.
    3. Help an illiterate to understand the importance of education.
    4. Help needy people.
