At first, this may sound like a chore. But trust me, it does not. Cleaning up your home is known to have several therapeutic benefits on your mind and body. There are multiple studies that have shown a link between a happy life and a clean home. Cleaning is not only a way to clear the mess at home but also a great way to destress yourself. Start with a closet or the living area. Additionally, you can also play some good music while you clean.
2. Start Reading
It does not matter whether you like reading or not. If you do not have the practice of reading, you can start with short stories. Reading is often known to open your mind to knowledge.
