Increase protein: Protein foods are very good for meeting the body's nutritional needs.

Dinner with small portions: Eating small portions can prevent our digestion from being disturbed.

Get enough sleep 8 hours: Lack of sleep can lead to a decline in health.




The Importance Of Self-Love: Having a healthy relationship with yourself revolves around the practice of self-love.

How to Achieve A Total Self-Love?
1. Stop comparing yourself to others.
2. Don’t worry about others’ opinions.
3. Allow yourself to make mistakes.
