Happiness! How many of you truly know the actual meaning of happiness?

It might be significantly more minor and countable because most people don't know where their happiness lies. The reason for this is as simple as understanding the fact that you are alive. But, if you are not happy, are you alive?

Are you enjoying your life? Is, being comfortable means enjoying the surrounding only? Have you found your source of being happy? And, so many questions I can enlist that you can think about and analyze what your true happiness is.

Purpose of the group

The group's name 'How to be happy' itself says what it might contain. Yes, this group aims at helping you find the suitable sources of happiness already present in your life, and you don't know about that.

You sometimes need to create your happiness. But, firstly you need to know whether and where you can or should do it. And, this group will help you see this fact. The purpose of making this group is to make you self-dependent for your happiness and realize the importance of self-love.

If you can love yourself, you will do everything that makes you happy. First, you need to prepare yourself mentally so that you can understand the roots of the problem and then can work on it.

As I said earlier, this group had created the content focusing on the prevalent issue that people face nowadays.

Today's lifestyle has become so hectic. Though people are very busy in their life, including work (where work has taken most of the time of a day), people have forgotten feeling happiness and being happy with themselves and their family.

They don't have time for either themselves or their family. And, as they don't realize this fact until it becomes worst, they keep complaining about their life. However, this group is a small initiative to help people who want to resolve their worries by finding happiness with self-analyzing.

Who can join this group?

Everyone, who is finding the key to their happiness, is welcomed in this group. There are no specific criteria for joining this group.

This is life. And sometimes, it is too harsh on us. Yet, we need to be ready to tackle every situation of it. Though we do it successfully, we often need guidance on acting without discussing our problems with others.

So, this group is for such people, who are finding themselves alone, and wants to know why they are facing grief. This group will resolve many of their doubts about finding their true happiness. And indeed, the content in this group will help them deal with their tough times.
