HUNGER:

I am one of those people who gets irritated being hungry. If you are also like me, then don’t skip breakfast. Eating light and our choice of a meal before going to work will make you feel happy and more energetic. It increases our activity. This will save you a lot of impatience during your whole day.

HEALTH:

A healthy and fit body improves our mood and lower stress levels. It helps us to concentrate better at work. Give us more energy to remain a step ahead than our competitors. This enables you to maintain patience. That’s why being healthy and fit must be our primary priority. Make time for regular health checkups, follow a proper diet, gym, or jog for at least 30-60 minutes per day should be in our daily routine. This is a non-negotiable clause for us in our life-long journey.

THE PRACTICE OF THINKING:

When you leave home to go to work, think about having patience and how this can affect your career. Remind yourself again and again. This is how you will endeavor to memorize to practice patience during your workday.
